This website is operated by MEHEKTAR PRIVATE LIMITED under the brand name MEHEKTAR. By visiting our website, placing an order or using any service made available through the website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

  1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information while placing an order or contacting us.

  1. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, ingredients, directions, packaging, images, prices and other information accurately.

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings, packaging revisions or normal batch variations.

Customers should read the product label, ingredient information, warnings and directions before use. A patch test is recommended before first use where applicable.

Our cosmetic and personal-care products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results and product suitability may vary.

  1. PRICING AND TAXES

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices include applicable taxes unless indicated differently during checkout.

Prices, discounts and promotions may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout will apply to the order.

  1. ORDERS

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted after successful verification and confirmation.

MEHEKTAR may cancel or refuse an order because of product unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or other reasonable operational concerns.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by MEHEKTAR, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  1. PAYMENTS

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. Cash on Delivery may be available only for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes.

Customers must use payment methods that they are legally authorised to use.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, location, weather, public holidays, high order volumes or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  1. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, MEHEKTAR cosmetic, skin care, body care and personal-care products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable after delivery when delivered correctly and in proper condition.

Eligible issues involving damaged, leaking, tampered, expired, incorrect, missing or materially defective products will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

  1. CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests may be accepted only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled.

  1. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to specific terms, validity periods, minimum order values, product exclusions and usage limits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, multiple promotions cannot be combined. MEHEKTAR may cancel a promotion or an order involving misuse, fraud or a technical error.
